Shipping & Delivery:
- The order is shipped from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. The delivery time will be around 7- 10 working days. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
- The delivery time may exceed due to factors like courier partners, transporters' strike, etc. Aditan Enterprises reserves the right to make delivery of the goods by installments. If you fail to take delivery of the goods, Aditan Enterprises may at its discretion charge you the additional shipping cost.
- All orders will be delivered to the buyer's address registered with us (unless specified at the time of order)
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care or email us mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
- All deliveries are scheduled through reputed couriers. You will be informed when the seller ships your consignment and will also be provided a tracking number.
- Aditan Enterprises may at times be unable to deliver the confirmed order(s) to you and the reason for the same could be inclusive of but not limited to the following:
- Unavailability of the relevant product;
- Poor/improper/defective quality of the relevant product ascertained through our quality audit process;
- Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. In the event of any circumstance(s) as aforementioned; you shall not be entitled to any damages, monetary compensation, redeemable vouchers and/or store credits.
In case Aditan Enterprises is unable to deliver the confirmed order(s) as mentioned hereinabove and the payment for such order(s) has been made by you through your credit/debit card, the amount paid by you while placing the order(s) on the Site will be reversed back in your card account. No refunds shall be applicable on the orders made by the Customer(s) under the Cash on Delivery ("COD") option.
Replacement Policy:
The 7 Days Replacement Guarantee seeks to assist Buyers who are not sure of their online purchase. If at the time of delivery and/or within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product/s, if any defect is found, then the buyer of the product/s can ask for replacement of the product/s subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Notify Aditan Enterprises of any defects in the product at the time of delivery of the product or within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will arrange for replacement.
- Once you have requested for a replacement, we will schedule the pickup of the originally delivered product.
- Replacements are subject to availability of the same product with the seller.
- Replacement will be done after the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes our quality check.
- In case you change your mind and would like to retain the product, please call us to cancel your return request and we will do the needful. In case the replacement is already dispatched, you can reject the replacement item when it is delivered to you.
Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
- Damages due to misuse of product;
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed;
- Any product that is returned without its original packaging and accessories, including the box, packaging, and all other items originally included with product/s delivered.
- Jewellery which is 'made to order' on customer's request.
- Original tags and packaging is not intact.
- For items that come in branded packaging, the box should be undamaged.
If Aditan Enterprises has suspicion or knowledge, that any of its buyers are involved in any activity that is intended to provide claims or information that is false, misleading or not genuine, then Aditan Enterprises may while reserving its rights to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against member may also at its sole discretion suspend, block, restrict, cancel the Display Name of such buyer and /or disqualify that user and any related users from availing protection through this program.
Returns Policy:
Definition: 'Return' is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the Buyer. Following situations may arise:
- Item was defective.
- Item was damaged during shipping
- Product/s was/were missing
- Wrong item sent
Points to be noted:
- Orders below Rs. 499/- won't be eligible for Free Returns. The Buyer will have to bear the return charges.
- We encourage the Buyer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case Buyer orders a wrong item, Buyer shall not be entitled to any return/refund.
- Buyer need to raise the refund request within 7 days from the date of payment realization.
- No returns will be entertained for orders placed during special promotions and events.
Returns won't be accepted if the external packaging is damaged. If there is any damage to the packaging at the time of delivery, please do not accept the order.
- The product should be unused and should be returned in original condition with the price tags, labels and invoice.
- Refunds for all the returns will be credited to your account maintained with us. There are certain situations where it will be difficult for us to support returns.
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame
- Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it
- Any consumable item that has been used or installed
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
- Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories
- Made-to-order / custom jewellery
- Fragile items, hygiene related items
Cancellation Policy:
- Not sure of your purchase? You can cancel the order by contacting us atleast a day before the scheduled delivery.
- In case of cancellation of prepaid order, the payment made will be credited back to your account with us.
Refund Policy:
- All refunds will be made after refund approval.
- All payments will be refunded using the same mode as used while making the payment.
- Payments made by debit card/ credit card will be credited to the same card.
- Payments made using net banking will be credited to the same account
- For all other modes of payment, the customer will be refunded by issue of store credits via coupon codes, reward points or gift cards.
